Sin with Sebastian is a moniker used by the German musician/singer/songwriter Sebastian Roth[1] (born Neustadt an der Weinstraße) currently living and producing in Berlin, Germany. Sin With Sebastian came to prominence in 1995 with the Europe-wide hit, "Shut Up (and Sleep with Me)", which made it up to #1 in Spain, Austria, Finland, and Mexico, and Top 10 in most European countries. In addition it reached #26 on the U.S. Billboard Hot Dance Club Play chart, #44 in the UK Singles Chart[1] and #4 in Finland. The single and following album, Golden Boy, were co-produced by Inga Humpe and Sebastian Roth.
Sin with Sebastian released three singles and one album between 1995 and 1997. Sin with Sebastian reappeared in 2007 with a new line-up; adding guitarist Tom Steinbrecher to release a new single, "Fuck You (I am in Love)". This release was followed by an album called Punk Pop! EP in June 2008 and Punk Pop! 2 EP in July 2010. In 2011 Sin with Sebastian wrote and produced a single for ex Porn Star "Dolly Buster" which they performed together on "Mtv Home".
